Very pleasant stay, loved the garden, had breakfast in the garden one morning. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in lovely quiet area of central Milan. Very homely and comfortable.

    Nothing negative at all.

    Personal y camas estupendas

Personal amabilísimo, todo facilidades. Habitación bonita con cama y almohadas perfectas. Muy cerca de la estación de tren

Nada, todo bien. Todos los hoteles están caros hoy día, como los alquileres y la vivienda.

We have never been treated this badly anywhere in the world.

The facilities are clean and the location is great.

We had booked two rooms for two different dates. The lady who manages the hotel was very unpleasant with us the first time we went to the hotel to leave one bag in consigment until our stay on the 15th. After our first night, when we kindly and politely asked her to leave 2 bags in consigment until our return in 14 days, she flatly refused and the male manager got involved and started screaming at us.
