The owner and staff are very courteous and helpful
The staff was excellent in every way. A big shout out to one staff member in particular. Amisha at the front desk helped secure a medication that I forgot at home. She spent personal travel time helping me with this. I actually stayed four nights instead of one that was originally scheduled. There was absolutely no problems with this hotel.
I hate to complain because the place was excellent. One minor irritation was that the bathroom and shower were connected. This means that when you showered, the floor was wet for a while until either you use a towel to dry it off or just waited.

I cannot recommend the hotel enough, owners were soo helpful in helping to arrange a porter and permits for me. Very helpful, respectful and caring. Breakfasts was great and in general staff was super nice and helpful.
