    Perfect!

    Staff all very friendly and helpful. Location great. Comfortable bed and an amazing shower. Small problem with blocked drain was sorted quickly with little trouble. Breakfast was fabulous and we loved the private Lounge area

    Amazing hotel and amazing staff, making this stay super enjoyable, relaxed and appreciated!

    Staff were amazing, especially Isabel on Front Desk - a real asset to the hotel in all sorts of ways - and also the concierge team, who were beyond helpful. Also super friendly and efficient housekeeping team. Amazing breakfast’s, Club Room extremely useful for impromptu breaks and snacks. Rooms were very solid and upmarket feel, with great shower, but overall perhaps a tiny little bit dated - more observational and not a real negative. Only criticism was small size of rooftop pool area, and no bar up there, but this did not distract from our stay, and would not stop us returning. Overall, a GREAT hotel!!
