Buon rapporto qualità/servizi/prezzo, peccato per la brutta accoglienza iniziale.
L'albergo è stato ristrutturato ed ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buona la colazione e comodo la disponibilità della palestra (seppur piccola) all'ultimo piano. Comoda la posizione e la disponibilità del parcheggio (esterno) gratuito.
La pessima accoglienza ricevuta da Martino la sera del check-in. Ero con la mia famiglia perchè dovevamo andare a cena e, poichè abbiamo un gruppo di amici che verranno a Salerno, avevamo pensato all'Hotel Commercio. Per questa ragione ho inviato mia mamma e mio fratello a salire un attimo per vedere la camera. A fronte di questa mia chiacchierata, Martino ha risposto malissimo dicendoci che era assolutamente vietato, con un tono sgarbato e arrogante. In realtà la "visita" sarebbe durata solo 1 minuto e l'albergo avrebbe acquisito nuovi clienti.
