A pesar de ser un hotel con solera está todo muy limpio. La ubicación es buena, a un paseo de la catedral y las zonas de bares. El desayuno es bueno y variado.
Es bastante antiguo y necesitaría una reforma.

Hotel is due for an upgrade, great city, great location

Rooms too dark, poor shower head, no shampoo, no Kleenex, had to ask for hand towels, tv did not work

Para no volver
El personal de recepción. Muy amables y eficientes. Decididamente lo mejor del Hotel.
El hall de entrada al hotel es lúgubre. Mal iluminado. La salida del ascensor en la planta y el pasillo de la habitación aspecto anticuado y también con escasa iluminación. En la habitación el aire acondicionado le costaba empezar y era muy ruidoso. La rejilla de salida del aire sucia. La habitación seguía teniendo una cama supletoria aunque se reservó para dos personas. El baño anticuado también y con defectos (por ejemplo la tapa del inodoro no se mantenía levantada La mesa de la habitación, pequeña y prácticamente ocupada por el minibar (sin contenido), sin silla y la superficie de la mesa llena de cercos. En el lado derecho de la cama y en la mesa no hay enchufe. En definitiva muy decepcionante, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio de la habitación de 168 euros la noche.
