The location is excellent! I was on the garden side so did not get disrupted by the repairs being done on La Rambla. 24hour snacks and drinks is pretty good although somewhat inconsistent.
The staff was not particularly welcoming. I saw a couple getting the complete rundown of the operation which I did not get and it would have been helpful for my 4 night stay. The elevator is extremely slow and rickety. Often forced to use the stairs. Plan accordingly.
