    5 min walk from the chaos of downtown Sirmione, water front property with larger hot and cold pools and lake access.

    the location is really special and the hotel is very good.

    outstanding location. very nice room and hotel overall. nothing to complain as such.

    well, nothing to complain as such the staff was very professional. we were on a holiday in Italy and stayed in some very nice hotels in small towns where the hospitality and friendliness was really great. we kind of missed that - this place felt more very business like.
