posizione, pulizia e staff.
Sono arrivata in tarda serata e la Tv non funzionava, ho chiamato al ricevimento e l'addetto ha provato a sistemarla ma senza successo; è il caso di verificare prima del check in di un cliente se in camera è tutto in ordine (Tv inclusa). L'ascensore fuori servizio per 2 giorni di piena a Rimini per la fiera.

So ein schönes Hotel, dessen Mitarbeiter so freundlich und engagiert sind, wie man es heute leider selten erlebt. Jeder, wirklich jeder, egal ob an der Rezeption, im Zimmerservice oder beim Frühstück, war aufmerksam und freundlich und gab sein Bestes, uns einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bereiten! Ich möchte besonders die Dame am Empfang erwähnen, die viele Fragen von uns geduldig beantwortete und sogar Wünsche erfüllte! Dann muss ich noch das Frühstück erwähnen....zum einen ist der Frühstückssaal mit riesigen Fenstern zum Meer hin, allein der Blick ist es wert... Dann gibt es ein riesiges Buffet mit einer tollen Auswahl an Kaffeespezialitäten, da es eine echte Barista gibt, die mit einem freundlichen Lächeln die tollsten Dinge zaubert! Auch unsere Hunde haben sich willkommen gefühlt! Danke!
Es war alles super, allein die Ausstattung, Bad und so ist bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen ....

Leider komme ich nicht wieder!
Das Früstück war sehr gut, vorallem der angebotene Fisch. Was in vielen Hotels untersagt ist, etwas mitzunehmen wurde hier unterstützt. Klasse
Das Zimmer war wie eine Flasche geschnitten, am Hals das schmale Fenster. Die Nachbarn waren mir zu nah. Können andere Gäste gut finden. Der angegebene Pool war nicht mehr zu benutzen. Schade
