    Fabulous breakfast in quiet, comfy hotel

    Significant hot breakfast (eggs, bread, chilaquiles, coffee, fruit, pastry) on the terrace. Terrace likely cold on winter mornings (not sure what changes in that season), but glorious in spring, summer, fall. Quiet despite being close to Mercado & main street. Great location - close to the Mercado & bus stop. Was able to drop our luggage in the morning & explore before the room was ready. Comfy king size bed. Good value for full kitchenette suite with beautiful city view balcony.

    A little cool & windy on the breakfast terrace, but this was minor really.

    Un rincón de Guanajuato disfrutable y con linda vista.

    Sin duda la cercanía con todo es excelente, el personal muy diligente y amable. El desayuno tiene un sabor delicioso y los meseros de verdad que te hacen sentir como en casa. El café y los chilaquiles muy ricos.

    El espacio de la habitación es muy pequeña, la tv no funcionaba bien, cuando finalmente sirvió el sonido era muy malo. No lo veo mal el hecho de subir mucho para lograr dar con el hotel, pero si es un poco cansada la inclinación para llegar al hotel.

    Mejorar limpieza de baños

    La ubicación, el personal y el desayuno excelentes

    Faltan accesorios de seguridad en baño y pasillos. El la ducha las divisiones entre azulejos estaban sucios.
