    Beautiful boutique hotel in the perfect location near Piazza Maggiore. Easily walkable to tons of restaurants, shops, museums, churches etc. Hotel staff very all very nice and front desk staff were very helpful.

    Had a little bit of a weird start with them being overly aggressive asking for an updated form of payment. However it seems it might’ve been a miscommunication. Staff is excellent, staff at the bar/ restaurant downstairs is excellent. Location is amazing and in the heart of Bologna. Rooms are nice and clean. Overall one of the best hotel experiences I had and would absolutely stay there again.
