Me encantó la atención del personal, la habitación, la comida, el área de la piscina.
Había mucho ruido durante la.noche. Parecía que había fiesta en un par de habitaciones. No pude dormir.

Hotel storico di S.Cruz in pieno centro, servizi e personale veramente di qualità.
Camere spaziose, personale gentile ed accogliente, è la seconda volta che sono stato ospitato in questa struttura e sicuramente tornerò ogni volta che mi recherò a Santa Cruz. Il ristorante della struttura è ottimo, alla colazione mancava solo il caffè espresso, ma le pietanze servite hanno soddisfatto le mie necessità.
Mi è capitato più volte durante i duo soggiorni che la chiave della camera si smagnetizzasse, però il personale si è sempre reso disponibile rapidamente per risolvere il problema.
