    Difícil

    Gostei da localização e do café da manhã, apesar de ser servido em outro hotel bem próximo ao Cortina. As camas são confortáveis e o atendimento muito bom!

    Do banheiro. Minúsculo com o box ainda mais minúsculo. Banho muito desconfortável. E o pior, o chuveiro não manteve a água quente. Alternava entre água mais quente e a gelada. Impossível tomar um banho digno. Pedimos pra arrumar e eles disseram que arrumaram, mas na verdade continuou do mesmo jeito. A entrada do hotel é muito sombria e suja. Parece um imóvel abandonado. Enfim, não nos hospedaremos mais lá.

    Habitació individual interior. la finestra dona a un passadís amb trastos (no es pot aleshores obrir la finestra). Instal.lacions velles. Dutxa on no es regula bé aigua calenta - aigua freda. Esmorzar escàs Pel preu que cobren, esperava una altra cosa. Trobo una estafa aquest preu per una habitació sense cap ventilació i en aquestes condicions

    Very disappointing stay – I would not recommend this hotel. There is no check-in at the hotel after 5pm. If you arrive later, you have to go to another hotel to check in, which is extremely inconvenient when travelling with luggage. The shower in our room did not work properly. The room was very small and extremely basic – no kettle, no useful facilities and not even a bottle of water on arrival. The parking information is also misleading. The hotel advertises parking, but it is actually paid parking around a 10-minute walk away. It is not an easy walk when carrying suitcases. Overall, the hotel did not match what we expected from the description. Poor facilities, inconvenient check-in and misleading parking information. I would not stay here again.
