    A perfect stay in Paris ❤️

    My stay at this hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience in every way! The room was cozy and beautiful, the location was perfect both in terms of proximity to everything and the feeling of safety, which was especially important to me as a solo traveler and the service was prompt and excellent, both before and throughout my stay! A special mention goes to the lovely girl working the night shift during my stay ❤️ One extra thing worth mentioning: the team’s response time was outstanding! I received a phishing message regarding my reservation and before I even had the chance to report it, they had already reached out to me first! Meanwhile, Booking.com hasn’t even addressed the issue yet. In a similar case in the recent past, despite notifying them immediately, they only followed up a month and a half later. This is actually the third time in the past six months that a reservation I made through the app has been targeted by a phishing scam. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to stay!
