Lovely hotel & rooms, staff pleasant & well equipped conference rooms.
Nice single room, clean bathroom, although it could do with bath mats in the bathroom & not having to go downstairs to get one from reception if needed, bath is a bit slippery & it needs a towel ring for the hand towel as not provided in my bathroom. I like it that there are smaller lights in the bedroom to use.
Nothing really except knowing where the heating dial was located as I found it behind the heavy curtains but once on it was nice & warm as the weather had turned cold suddenly.

To close for comfort.
Easy to book in. In easy access yo local shops.
We booked the hotel as we use it regularly. We had a late flight home so decided to stay here before travelling back to Norfolk. We had room 120 and a check out time of 11am. Unfortunately at around 7:45 we were awoken with workmen outside our bedroom window. Then the sound of masonry drills. Not what we wanted. We couldn't use the shower, although opaque windows you could see your body form as they were inches away. Completely not acceptable. Also we had only 1 set of towels. Our worst experience of this hotel. As I say we use it regularly but may need to think again.
