Casa histórica maravilhosa, funcionários muito atenciosos, porém a limpeza no quarto deixou a desejar .
Quarto lindo e confortável.
O pessoal da limpeza , apesar de ter ido ao quarto arrumar a cama e tirar o lixo do banheiro, não fez absolutamente nada além disso. Os resíduos e sujeira que estavam no chão, lá ficaram durante os 4 dias da nossa estadia, não fizeram reposição de itens do banheiro, tivemos que pedir, papel higiênico e lenço de papel, pois acabaram esses itens e não tínhamos reposição no banheiro.

Service go above and beyond expectations! It is not only a comfortable place to stay, but one where every details counts. They surprises us with welcoming details in our room, and even accommodated an early departure at check out, so that we enjoy our breakfast. Would definitely recommend them!
