Comfort in the middle of the city
I loved the location and it was walkable to all things downtown and to the market. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Staffs are friendly overall.
Was arranged to a pretty dirty and humid room at the beginning, and there was barely water supply. They kindly arranged me to a better room the next day, however in this room there was no hot water supply. Maybe the rest of the room are for couples therefore I was not given a "normal" room. Anyways I stayed there 4 nights without hot water for shower at autumn time which was a bit tough.

Easy walking distance to Zocalo. Rooms very comfortable and overlooked a beautiful courtyard. Staff very friendly and helpful
No tea and coffee making facilities in the room but available at reception

O hotel é lindo com todas as plantas impecaveis, a cama confortável, quartos limpos e uma localização excelente pertinho do zocalo.
O chuveiro sai agua quente, porem pouquíssima água. Voce tem que literalmente caçar os pingos de aguá. A acústica é ruim e voce escuta tudo dos outros quartos.
