Central location. Attentive Staff that was very helpful. Gave me some great choices in restaurants. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was included and had extensive options.

Wonderful location in the heart of Florence with most sights within walking distance. There are stairs at the entrance up to the lift, but we rang the bell at the entrance and someone came down to carry our suitcases up the stairs to the lift. Very helpful staff.
