Un hotel simpático con un personal magnífico.
La ubicación y la excelente atención del personal. Me resolvieron todo lo que necesitaba actuando con una cordialidad inigualable.
Lo pequeño de la habitación, pero eso es Paris.

Helpful staff made us feel welcome! Close to metro!
The reception was very welcoming and helpful, especially Nina who took pictures of me and my daughter. We were greeted with fresh macarons in the room. Close to metro and Luxembourg gardens.
Construction happening across the street, and I wasn’t informed beforehand or I would have picked a different location. Also, hotel is listed as “having a view,” which was important to me and I filtered my search and paid a bit more for it. But there was no view, as I was facing a building undergoing daily construction. I considered complaining to concierge about it, but since I was traveling with my young daughter I didn’t feel motivated to move rooms, let alone hotels once we were settled. Only in retrospect did I see this as problematic. Breakfast room was nicely designed. Breakfast foods could have been much fresher in my opinion, some of the fruit seemed wilted. I’ve had better in less expensive hotels.
