    A wonderful hotel to relax in an elegant medieval atmosphere.

    The best hotel within the walled city of Carcassonne. It is stylish, romantically medieval but with all modern facilities. The staff were kind and keen to satisfy requests. Our room was spacious, with a large and elegant bathroom, a closet and a separate closet for the WC. Two windows overlooked a nice garden.

    Perhaps the breakfast could have included a wider variety of breads.
