Disappointing Hotel Experience – Excellent Staff, but Poor Location and Outdated Rooms The hotel is located in a reasonably good area, but unfortunately, its position directly on a busy main road is a major disadvantage. The constant noise from passing cars and motorcycles is extremely disturbing, especially late at night. Even staying in a room at the back of the building does not make much difference, as the traffic noise remains clearly audible. Surprisingly, the hotel provides earplugs in the desk drawer, which suggests that management is fully aware of the serious noise problem. Guests should not have to rely on earplugs to get a decent night’s sleep. Another major disappointment is the condition of the rooms. While the reception area appears to have been renovated and looks presentable, the same attention has clearly not been given to the guest rooms. Our room was outdated, with old furniture, visible wear and tear, and several signs of deterioration. The hotel is definitely in need of a proper renovation, not just cosmetic improvements to the lobby and reception area. On a positive note, the staff were excellent, extremely friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. Their professionalism and willingness to assist were genuinely appreciated and probably the best part of our experience. Overall, the hotel has potential, but management needs to invest in renovating the rooms, improving maintenance, and addressing the serious noise issue. A renovated reception alone is not enough to provide a comfortable hotel experience. Unfortunately, despite the excellent staff, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel, particularly to anyone expecting modern rooms, comfort, and a peaceful night’s sleep.

    Lovely place to relax

The outside facade is nice and lovely

The towel seriously need replacement as it was very thin and coarse. The furniture also quite old and i think require refurbishing to make good the room.
