    Disappointing

    Hotel Deco is tired and overpriced. There are better options which we should have chosen. Quite disappointing.

    Room was great but should be cleaned every day .

    Poor breakfast options . Coffee options were available but when brought to the table they all looked and tasted the same , not barista coffee options .

    Reception area too small , some staff were professional and dressed accordingly, others were badly presented , poor interaction with customers and couldn’t explain things very well . Step down from reception is badly laid out and needs to be seriously reconsidered as to what is its actual purpose , needs to be refurbished asap. Area at night felt very unsafe .

    We had a wonderful staycation. Hotel Deco, Monarch restaurant, Wicked Rabbit and the MAX.

    Front staff were excellent. SHILO was friendly, engaging and offered the history of the building and suggestions for Monarch dinner entrees.

    Oooops, toilet was clogged.neither of us had used it yet. Body wash was empty in shower. I informed front desk.
