  Greit fornøyd, prøver nok et nytt hotell neste gang

  Likte personlet. Litt roligere strøk i Roma, med gode restauranter, dagligvarebutikk i strøket og buss/metro i nærheten.

  Ikke så godt utvalg på frokosten, men det som var der var godt. Ustabilt internett, trådløst og kablet. Måtte bruke mobilnett 80% av oppholdet fordi nettet ikke ville koble seg til.

  Great staff, but poor soundproofing and disappointing breakfast

  Staff; the service was absolutely wonderful, incredibly polite and fully deserves a 5/5 rating. Location; the hotel is located in a quiet area, just a convenient 10-minute walk from the Bologna metro station. Facilities; the 24/7 open terrace was a lovely addition, providing a great spot to step outside and relax in the fresh air before going to sleep. Cleanliness; overall, the hotel was very clean, and the staff did an excellent job changing the towels every single day.

  Comfort & soundproofing; the room was unfortunately poorly soundproofed. You could hear people in the hallway, neighboring rooms, and footsteps from above. Worst of all, there was a thudding sound through the ceiling, like someone moving furniture. It was especially bad on the first night, making it very irritating and impacting the quality of rest. Also, the bed was a bit small. Cleanliness detail; even though the room was clean, there was an occasional sewage smell in the bathroom (likely from the drains), and I noticed some drain flies (Psychodidae). Fortunately, it wasn't overly bothersome. Value for money & breakfast; I expected much better soundproofing and a higher quality breakfast.
