Amazing
Our stay at Hotel Desertica was absolutely exceptional! Everything was wonderful, from the beautiful atmosphere to the outstanding service provided by every member of the team. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt wonderfully looked after throughout our visit. Although Hotel Desertica is a four-star hotel, the level of service exceeded that of some five-star hotels we have stayed in. It is the people who make the difference, and this hotel is a perfect example of that. We cannot praise the team enough and would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Desertica to anyone visiting Atacama. We would love to return!

Warm people, great food, perfect location. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Our stay was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Caty at reception gave us a warm welcome and a tour of the hotel, and it only got better from there. The food and drinks were great, and the daily lunch specials were always delicious. Carla, Mauro, Paul and the rest of the team were friendly and professional throughout. Special thanks to Jimena and Felipe at reception, who went above and beyond to help us several times, often offering advice before we even asked. The hotel is stylish with a lovely local feel, and they've thought of every detail. The rooms don't have a TV or fridge, but we never missed them, since coffee and tea are served all day and included in the price. The location is perfect. It's close to the main town, shops and restaurants. Many other hotels look nice but are far from town or reached by unlit walks, so this was a big plus. Many thanks to the whole team. We'd 100% recommend Desértica to anyone looking for the best place to stay!
