Zdecydowanie odradzamy pobyt w tym hotelu.
Śniadania smaczne, całkiem spory wybór. Niestety personel tragiczny. Pierwszego dnia kelnerka kazała nam nakryć sobie samemu stolik sztućcami z innego stolika. Nie zachowane żadne standardy czystości. Sztućce układane bezpośrednio na wielorazowych używanych podkładkach. Przed użyciem wycieraliśmy je sobie własnymi chusteczkami. Szklanki przenoszone z palcami kelnerki wewnątrz.
Hotel nastawiony tylko na eventy i konferencje. Personel niegrzeczny, wręcz odpychający. Nawet nie witał przychodzących gości zwykłym „dzień dobry”. W pokoju praktycznie nie działało wifi. Dwie osoby nie mogły jednocześnie korzystać z internetu. Mąż musiał pracować na łączu z własnego telefonu, a mnie ciągle wyrzucało z sieci. Pracownik recepcji udał zdziwionego, obiecał kontakt z serwisantem ale nawet nie udzielił informacji zwrotnej.

Ottima posizione, hotel molto confortevole e comodo. Letti e bagno ottimi. Colazione abbondante e varia. Buona insonorizzazione.
Le camere hanno una illuminazione molto soft, forse andrebbe aggiunto un lampadario centrale.
