  definitely choose this hotel. You will get basic facilities there at a low price.

  I came back here skardu after 16 years so I went to stay in this hotel Dewanekhas again. The staff there are old now. But I was happy to see them in this hotel. I think it must have been 20-25 years since this hotel opened. Still they have not weakened their quality that much, but I would suggest that the rooms need to be upgraded more with time. And the most interesting thing is that they have kept their old rates. The rates are also reasonable considering the time. If you want to stay longer or are traveling within your specific budget, then definitely choose this hotel. You will get basic facilities there at a low price.

  The food was delicious throughout my stay, with a great variety and consistently excellent quality.

  We arrived there without any planning, so they also arranged for our local tour and visited famous tourist places, which made our trip even more enjoyable. If you are interested in hiking and trekking there, you will always find trekking guides and staff there to take you with you. I had an absolutely wonderful 4 night stay at Hotel Dewanekhas in skardu pakistan . From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was handled with exceptional care and hospitality. The food was delicious throughout my stay, with a great variety and consistently excellent quality. The entire staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel truly at home. A very special thanks to ajob , the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. He was always available, attentive, and genuinely cared about every guest’s comfort. His personal involvement and hospitality made my stay even more memorable.

  Evenings spent sharing chai and stories with other European travelers were some of my best memorie

  I had an amazing long-term stay at Hotel Dewanekhas skardu ! The hotel and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready with helpful tips for exploring the city and nearby spots. The atmosphere is peaceful, cozy, and truly feels like a warm community — it honestly felt like being part of a family from day one. The dorms are comfortable and well-equipped, and I loved starting my mornings on the sunny balcony. Evenings spent sharing chai and stories with other travelers were some of my best memories here. I’ve stayed in hostels across Europe, and this place genuinely matches international standards — in terms of hospitality, it even exceeds them Highly recommended for solo travelers and anyone looking to connect with fellow backpackers. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the main areas of Skardu , but the experience and hospitality more than make up for it.
