Nice hotel but does not live up to 5 star standard

Location good, staff very friendly and helpful

Room far too hot and no a/c, uncomfortable beds and pillows - only one complimentary pod of coffee even in a superior room , if wanted more, had to pay ! I’ve never had to pay for coffee in a room with coffee making facilities!!- breakfast was not great - one whole section had very bizarre items such as chicken soup, spring rolls in a chilli sauce, corn mayonnaise, guacamole etc - very bizarre and unappetising what nationality is this catering for ?? No marmalade or fresh milk - all UHT - hot food was only slightly lukewarm

A Very Disappointing and Unpleasant Experience The staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly, and the overall quality of service was extremely poor. To make matters worse, the coffee machine in our room was not working. What was particularly frustrating was being required to check out at 10:00 AM, which is unusually early and highly inconvenient for guests. Furthermore, despite booking under a free cancellation policy, the half amount was charged to our account immediately after making the reservation. This was both unexpected and disappointing, particularly given the advertised booking conditions. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and service fell far below expectations. I would certainly not recommend this hotel.
