    My stay at Wynwood House Medellín was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The hotel has a modern and cozy atmosphere, with vibrant decor that reflects the energy of the city. The location is perfect, close to several points of interest in Medellín, making it easy to get around. What truly stood out was the personalized attention I received, especially from Javi, the host. Javi went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable, offering local recommendations for restaurants, activities, and things to do in the city. He was always available for any inquiries, which made me feel right at home. His kindness and willingness to help left a lasting impression. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a perfect rest after a day of exploring the city. In addition, the overall service was flawless, making this hotel an ideal choice for anyone looking for a pleasant stay with top-notch attention to detail. I would definitely stay at Wynwood House Medellín again on my next visit to the city. Highly recommended!

    My guest was held at gunpoint , managed to get away but front desk staff was unhelpful and wouldn't call the police.
