A gem
Everything. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice. The views over the lake were stunning. We would definitely stay here again.

It definitely deserves the highest rating
From the very beginning, we were impressed by the communication with the staff, even before our arrival. Everything was exceptionally well organised, and all our questions were answered promptly and professionally. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality really stood out! Our lake-view room was amazing, and waking up to such a beautiful view was a real highlight. Breakfast was another lovely part of our stay: a great variety of fresh, high-quality products, with something for everyone. And a special mention to the lovely lady who offers you eggs every morning — such a wonderful touch that makes breakfast feel even more personal! The location is also excellent, with the centre of Domaso and its restaurants just a pleasant 5–10-minute walk away. Having free on-site parking was another great advantage. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely love to come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay by Lake Como!
