Excellent location, right in the centre. Room didn't meet our expectations as in the basement

Location excellent, right in the centre. Staff brilliant, as we had a parking fine, and reception sorted. Breakfast excellent value.

We were in the basement, so lights on constantly, no view, as faced onto a small courtyard, with a small window, so aircon on all night. We booked a room with a view.

Good stay and can be improved

Location, friendly staff who helped me get hot water for green tea, clean room and good shower

We weren’t told about aircon which was controlled by staff until we googled and found it out as it was too warm on that day and we couldn’t sleep till the aircon came through.
