    Der Empfang war ausserordentlich nett und herzlich und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist top, die ÖV und viele leckere Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

    Perfect location for exploring Genova. Just be mindful of the steps getting to the hotel. One you’re in there is an el

    Staff is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Secured dinner reservations at a wonderful restaurant within walking distance of.

    No drive up for taxis to drop off luggage. You have to descend a steep flight of stairs with your suitcase to enter the building. If packing light it would have been perfect- but if you’re going on a cruise and have packed a lot look somewhere else. Staff did carry our bags up. They are that nice!
