Terrible stay for family
We booked for 2 days but checked out within a day. The rooms were smelly. The room phone were not working. The reception was very rude and unprofessional.

Hôtels Héritage en Inde ..Faire tres attention ! Hotel du Lac, pas de réception couverte or sous la pluie l'accueil n'est pas cool ! La chambre dans " son jus" avec de vieux meubles très vieillissants. Salle de bain très hors d'âge Peu de produits de toilette etc.. Serviettes qui ont aussi très vécues ! Personnel aimable, mais beaucoup de discussions pour obtenir la copie de ma facture. Le service du matin pour obtenir un thé, café et toast très lent et oubli de l'appel pour le réveil.. Donc comme dit plus haut..Être très attentif entre les hôtels Héritage.. Pondichery Du Parc : Très décevant Madurai Héritage : Superbe.
