    .

I have been charged twice the price, once for the staying and once for the same amount for the deposit. This amount has not yet been refunded. I complained and they are not able to tell me when I will get the deposit back. No damage nor issue were done by myself. The value of the deposit was the same amount of the price of the staying in this hotel.
