    Great location in Mostar for a comfortable stay.

    Nice location in Mostar with clean and comfortable rooms. The buffet breakfast was very well presented with many choices.

    There was parking., but a bit of a challenge on a steep hill.

    Disappointing. Best to avoid this hotel.

    we has a room at the front which had a good view over the town. Other rooms had views over the buildings around the hotel, many of which were derelict

    Room was dirty and the bathroom smelt of urine. Bed was not made up (we found some bedding in a cupboard and made the bed ourselves), safe was broken, spa was very small and the equipment in the gym was old and worn, some didn't work. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Our complaints were not acted upon
