    Mucho ruido entre dormitorios

    Ruido en la noche. Mal aislamiento acústica, se sienten ruidos, conversaciones y pasos en otras piezas. En la noche no hay silencio.

    Mala organización.

    Solo el hall de acceso.

    Muy mala atención, en la recepción no había nadie, se le llamo y al número que estaba en el anuncio, debimos hablar con una persona que no tenía idea de la reserva, busco la reserva y no la encontraba, y la persona que me contacto luego de confirmar la reserva a través de Booking, desconoció un acuerdo al que habías llegado para ingresar antes( pagar un monto extra), esto significó un tremendo problema en mi itinerario, luego se me invitó a buscar otro alojamiento, ya que ellos no me podían ayudar, por lo que debí salir a recorrer Pucon y al encontrar disponibilidad en otro hotel decidimos anular la reserva, pésima experiencia,sin dudas no lo recomiendo, el personal con el que converse , lejos de quere solucionar el problema, fueron displicentes y mal educados con nosotras.

    Top Lage zu allem

    Freundliches Personal, kleine Einheit, sicherer Parkplatz, Frühstück gut, top Lage im Ort, Zimmer mit Blick auf den Vulkan, ruhige Lage.

    Wenn man die falschen Nachbarn hat, äußerst hellhörig.
