  A kedves szemelyzet miatt ajanlom masnak.

  Nagyon jo a lokacio, kedves a szemelyzet, maximalisan segitokeszen voltak

  Nagyon hangos meg csukott ablak mellett is a kozeli szorakozo helyek miatt. A folyosorol is minden zaj beszurodik a szobaba.

  Poor cleanliness and disappointing customer service of the owner, but great location & lovely staff

  I really liked the hotel’s location, which is excellent, right in the city centre and within just a few minutes’ walk of everything. The staff were also very kind and welcoming, especially the ladies at the bar, who were absolutely lovely.

  What I didn’t like was the lack of cleanliness and the owner’s lack of cooperation. The towels are also tiny. While we fully support efforts to reduce waste and avoid changing towels every day, guests returning from the beach cannot reasonably be expected to use the same small towel for three days unless they pay extra for another one. What really annoyed us, however, was the housekeeping. On the first day, the room was cleaned properly. The following day, the cleaning was very poor, consisting of little more than replacing the toilet paper and roughly straightening the bedsheets. The day after that, the room was not cleaned at all. On both days, we had put out the green sign well before 1 pm, indicating that we wanted the room cleaned. When we spoke to the owner, he quite casually explained that the cleaner had called in sick that day. He then handed us some toilet paper and larger towels, which makes us wonder whether larger towels are available after all, depending on when the hotel chooses to provide them. When I asked whether he could arrange for someone to clean the room, his answer was simply no. He showed no willingness to help. Frankly, this is unacceptable. Paying guests should not have to stay in a room that goes uncleaned for two consecutive days. I’m sorry, but that is simply not good enough, especially for a three-star hotel, which should be expected to offer a reasonable standard of housekeeping and customer service.

  Muy buena estancia, céntrica y cómoda

  El personal fue encantador y muy atento. La habitación estaba genial, cómoda y limpia. Además, la ubicación es muy céntrica y permite ir andando a muchos sitios.

  En general, todo estuvo bien. Como pequeño detalle, la televisión tenía pocos canales disponibles y muchos no funcionaban; intenté actualizarlos, pero no fue posible.
