Elisio Park Hotel & Newmarket.
We stayed in The Elisio Park Hotel, St Agnello for a week. The hotel was quirky and the rooms were clean, spacious & bright. We stayed in Room 204 and had aweful sewage smells emanating from the bathroom and the seat on the loo kept falling off. That was the only downside, the staff were very friendly & efficient and bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. We booked a package deal with Newmarket and the trips they organised were excellent. The Reps especially Mena was a credit to the organisation who went over & above to make the trips memorable and enjoyable. The Italians were very friendly and over all we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday,

In a fantastic location for exploring
Lovely little family run hotel. It is very traditional and very basic but very clean and very welcoming. The staff on the desk are very polite and always smiling and say hello. I haven’t got a bad word to say about the accommodation. The food is ok for the price. Was presented with fresh cherries for dessert twice in the week which ice cream would have been nicer.

Don't stay half board
We stayed at this hotel as part of Newmarket Holidays. The hotel is clean, and welcoming, and provides a quiet stay. However, evening meals are not up to much... repetitive, unimaginative and served at a narrow time of their convenience. Buffet breakfasts were identical every day. However, they did provide gluten free options as pre-booked. Bedrooms are basic with hard beds and no tea making facilities, although we were prepared for this and brought our own European kettle. Sorrento is a fair old distance walk along a dangerously busy road with no pavement.

DO NOT BOOK!!!
DO NOT BOOK!!!! Just returned from this hotel and can honestly say it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is NO hot water so you are unable to take a shower, other guests stated they were washing in the swimming pool instead! When raising this the valid concern, the staff were rude and unprofessional. Would definitely recommend visiting Sorrento, however do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.
