Peccato per la camera!
Posizione centrale vicina al centro Silenziosa la camera è colazione buona
La stanza non era quella indicata nel sho pe la cosa più grave aveva odore forte di fumo da sigaretta, come se fosse una stanza per fumatori, ma adibita ai non. La signora della reception , dopo la nostra segnalazione, ci ha messo un purificatore, ma non è servito tanto. Dormito poco e al mattino gola intasata. Al check out nessun gesto commerciale per scusarsi del disservizio, peccato!

Die Lage im Ort ist perfekt. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend. Das Zimmer war sauber.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Das stand auch eindeutig in der Zimmerbescheibung bei booking.com. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass kein Zimmer mit Balkon frei ist. Und das war es dann. So etwas kann einem schon gewaltig den Urlaub verderben. Alles in allem ist das Hotel schon etwas älter und einfach, aber das wussten wir und es hätte uns nicht weiter gestört. Aber wenn die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie nicht zur Verfügung steht, hätte man wenigstens ein finanzielles Entgegenkommen erwarten können. Schade.
