Overall is ok
The location is very good and convenient for travelers. The breakfast buffet is very good, food is well prepared & all the staffs are extremely helpful and friendly.
The A/C is out when leave the room, so every time go back to the room has to wait for long time to get the right temperature. The A/C vent is weak too. We have the deluxe room, the room is still a bit smaller than what we thought. We barely can fit in 2 luggage in our room. The property is very old and not as same as show on the picture on the list.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great central but quiet location, and the room was well designed and exactly what we needed.

La ubicacion es perfecta, en pleno centro de la ciudad. Limpio y ciudado. El staff muy servicial y acogedor ( Andy nos ayudó mucho).
