    Las habitaciones son enormes la cama estupenda, las instalaciones y alrededores del hotel muy cuidadadas

    No había mucha atención por parte del camarero en la cena cuando querías pedir alguna bebida,

    No se merece las 5 estrellas

    El hotel es majestuoso, muy cuidado el edificio , la comida fatal muy poca variedad y la calidad pésima , los camareros con muy poca experiencia y lo poco que hablamos con ellos casi todos o nuevos o pienso que utilizan personal en prácticas , una bañera en la habitación espectacular, pero si quieres disfrutar de ella te tiene que gustar el agua templada porque no sale lo bastante caliente, el lavabo soltando agua y la balda de debajo con la madera oscura de haber absorbido el agua que caía , las toallas claro que estaban allí puestas cuando te querías duchar empapadas , la terraza, moví el mobiliario de terraza para ponerlo a la sombra , debajo manojos de pelo y lleno de suciedad, esos muebles no se habían movido en semanas, el cenicero que usé en esa terraza no se vació en todo el tiempo de estancia , una dejadez absoluta, creo que hay poco personal de limpieza para un edificio tan grande , en contraste las piscinas cristalinas y fenomenal, y uno de los mejores spas en los que he estado muy completo y limpio, desde luego el spa se merece las 5 estrellas y el edificio por majestuoso también, los servicios no , aunque el personal es encantador pero no pueden hacer milagros .

    Las piscinas muy limpias y cuidadas cosa que contrasta bastante con el descuido del jardín y el edificio de al lado espantoso
