Disappointing but the staff was very nice.

    The location was perfect.

I was expecting a kitsch old time European hotel, but it was really just a very old hotel with very old beds, carpeting and decor. There was a peculiar smell and the bedspread was a little scary

    Very pleasant stay in Krakow

Very nice hotel with lovely staff. The decor is outdated but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. Beds were very comfortable. Very convienient location close to the train station and market square.

    Insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Das Frühstück war gut, ein bisschen mehr Auswahl wäre schön gewesen. Tolles Ambiente.

Die Matratze war nicht so bequem.

    Perfect one night stay

Our flight was delayed and transport organised by the hotel and check in was very smooth and efficient which we greatly appreciated at 3am. Our room was perfect for the three of us for our one night stay. The hotel is in a great location for transport links. The staff were lovely at breakfast and the quality of food provided was excellent for example; scrambled eggs, pancakes, and tomato and mozzarella. The room was clean and shower very good. There was plenty of room for the three of us and our cases as there was a separate area to the beds.
