    Disappointing stay: Poor cleanliness, zero privacy, and missing basic amenities

    24/7 Front Desk: Round-the-clock reception, which is very convenient. ​Spacious Apartments: Genuinely large and roomy accommodation. ​Small Refrigerator: Having a fridge in the room was helpful.

    Lack of Cleanliness: There was a "Cleaned/Sanitized" paper strip on the toilet, but in reality, it was dirty. We also found someone else's hair on the pillows, clearly left from previous guests. ​Mismatched Bedding: On the double bed, they provided a giant euro-size duvet cover with a small single/twin duvet inside. How are two people supposed to sleep with that? ​Insufficient Kitchenware: The room is designed for 4 people, yet the only dishes provided were 2 mugs, 6 glasses, and a tiny kettle. No plates, cutlery, or any other cookware. ​No Privacy: The balcony is shared across the entire floor, meaning complete strangers can look right into your windows at any time.
