Great location and well equipped
The key wasn't in lockbox upon arrival and we had to wait for someone to arrive with a spare. The apartment hadn't been properly cleaned with some bedsheets not changed. The host said it was normal in Norway for guests to put on their own bedsheets. A discount/refund was offered by the host but not received.

Great stay in Trondheim center
The location is excellent, as it is close to the train station and the city center. Cafes, restaurants are nearby. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
I didn't like that we needed to prepare the bed when we arrived to the apartment (clean sheets were folded). We received instructions to remove them before leaving the apartment our last day. We needed to collect dishes and glasses from the washing machine too when we arrived to the apartment. I think these aspects are improvable.

A very comfortable stay
Everything! It was a very comfortable stay for us a family of 3. We were in Trondheim to visit friends who live on the same road and to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday. The place is clean and warm and has everything we need. Very good location. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Trondheim. Thank you Cecilia and Simen so making everything so easy.

Exceptional
Everything was perfect. The apartment was very cozy, and it was very well equipped, it had everything we needed and things that we didn't expect: like coffee, all the toiletries and laundry soap. The communication with the owners was very easy and instructions very clear.

The apartment had everything we needed for a good stay. It is a very clean, peaceful and quiet place. The check-in was easy as well
