The hotel was busy and should have catered properly for its guests
Idyllic location with great views of the surrounding countryside. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A particular thanks to Bruno and Ines.
I was disappointed in the room allocated. It was not the suite shown in the photographs I was provided with when I booked. There are no photographs of this particular room on the website. On arrival I was told there would be no lunch service available and that the restaurant would be closed for dinner on two of the nights. The honesty bar at the pool was extremely honest in so far as it wasn’t stocked. I attempted to book for dinner at 5pm one evening to be told there was no tables available. The dinner menu was very limited and a hotel with of this standard could provide a more extensive variety.

Everything! Beautiful location. Great size rooms, cleaned everyday with fresh towels.Tasty breakfasts with superb mountain views.Professional helpful staff.

Beautiful, historic rural boutique property - we definitely want to return.
Seriously, where to start…. We absolutely loved our stay at Ca N’ai. The property is large and beautiful, with working fields and orchards as well as the boutique hotel buildings, and the gorgeous pool area. Things are spread out and there are innumerable quiet corners, secret niches and beautiful areas to relax and unwind. The architecture, the art, the farm, the landscaping and the absolutely stunning scenery of the Soller valley all make this place really special. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they offer a really convenient shuttle service into Port Soller or Soller in the evenings. The daily breakfasts are also worth mentioning - really really nice.
Nothing at all. We only ate one lunch and one dinner at the property’s restaurant. The food was nice but the selection was quite small - however we also visited outside of the peak season.
