Sin duda alguna, el trato de los propietarios es una maravilla. Super atentos y cariñosos, son personas entrañables que te lo ponen todo muy fácil y se esmeran en todos los detalles. Un encanto! La ubicación es buenísima, a un paseo de 10 min hasta la Galería de la Academia.

The host and his mother were both very friendly and helpful and the hotel nice and quiet.
The host and his mother were both lovely and very friendly. The breakfast although quite limited was very good and the Cappuccino excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean and peaceful even though we overlooked a busy road. The host recommended a Fiorentina Steak restaurant which was so good we went there twice. All in all we had a great time and would stay there again.
My only one concern was that bed headboard looked tired and well used. The rest of the hotel was quite delightful.

Good location for the center of Florence and the transport links to explore further afield.
It was an amazing building with original fresco painted ceilings.the room was really large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a bath as well as a shower over, and it was all impeccably clean. The staff were all very welcoming.
No tea making facilities in the room.

Our room was very spacious and also quiet despite being near a main road. Staff were friendly and accommodating and overall we really enjoyed our stay.
