    Ótimo custo benefício, recomendo muito

    Sim, ambiente limpo e organizado , funcionários prestativos e tudo saiu como planejado

    Luz quarto sem funcionar e percebi que as varandas precisam de manutenção e reparos pois já estão bem desgastadas devido ao tempo.

    Bom custo-benefício

    Localização muito boa, recepção 24h, vaga rotativa (além de um estacionamento público frente ao prédio), funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. Segurança.

    Senti falta de um tapete no banheiro, alguns produtos básicos de limpeza, de não existir um interfone no quarto (mesmo que o recepcionista tenha dito para interfonar se precisasse de algo) e as cortinas estavam com algum tipo de pó que sujava toda vez que pegava nela.

    Atendimento precário. Estacionamento não condiz com o anúncio. Não existe material de limpeza no apartamento, como lavar a louça que tem no apartamento para ser usada.
