    We received a friendly welcome from all staff on arrival who were very helpful and accommodating including giving instructions on how to get into Verona town city and transport available if required. The location of the hotel was ideal for our visit. The room was really nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing, we were spoilt for food choice which was all very nice and again, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

    Tea/coffee making facilities for the room were not available which was alittle disappointing as we had travelled a distance to get to the hotel and refresments in our room would of been welcomed.

    Great staff, convenient location

    Hotel staff were excellent hosts. Phillippo in particular, was a great help on arrival, advising us of a great Trattoria dining establishment just up the road from the hotel. He also advised us on bus and Train timetables and where to book for our trip to Venice. The Kitchen and bar staff were also very efficient and the food although a little limited in choice was sufficient and good. Great place to stay, just about within walking distance to the city, although the bus service right outside the hotel is regular and cheap. Underground parking was good also.
