Great room in the heart of Des Moines

The rooms were up to date and comfortable, especially the bed. The shower was top notch.

The breakfast restaurant was slow and the staff somewhat inattentive.

The location was great. The overall room was nice and clean.

The hotel staff was ok. They were by no means rude but did not go above and beyond. Overall, lacked warmth.

    Stressful.

    Nothing.

Double charged for our whole stay. House keeping did not always come around. Had to call for toilet paper. Extremely expensive laundry services. Certainly would not recommend this place to any one.
