The room was comfortable The location was good

The telephone did not connect to the reception, so we had to go down in our nightwear to get an extra pillow. The shuttle to the airport was not equipped for the number of people. We were first to line up for the shuttle but the driver took others ahead of us and we couldn't get on the shuttle. This made getting to the airport stressful.
