Das Hotel ist OK für den Preis
Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Union Square, die Zimmer sind recht groß und sauber. Das Gepäck kann nach Check-Out sicher im Hotel aufbewahrt werden.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig: Sowohl die Nachbarn als auch die Straße sind deutlich zu hören. Ich war vor zwei Jahren bereits hier und die Freundlichkeit des Personals stark nachgelassen hat. Bei unserer Buchung waren außerdem Essensgutscheine enthalten. Das Restaurant schließt an den meisten Tagen bereits um 21:00 Uhr, was sehr früh ist, wenn man tagsüber viel unterwegs ist. Wir waren zu zweit im Zimmer und wollten am letzten Tag zwei Gutscheine einlösen, jeweils einen pro Person und mit separater Bezahlung. Die Restaurantmitarbeiter waren dabei leider sehr unfreundlich und akzeptierten die beiden Gutscheine erst nach längerer Diskussion. Außerdem wird kein kostenloses Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt.

Very close to the cable cars and public transit . Irene checked us in and even called us when our room was ready early. She was so sweet and helpful. If checking in be sure and ask for Irene or Aaron.
We asked for towels once from a girl at the front desk and they never were delivered.
