Disgusting Experience
Nice Lobby entrance
One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed. Don’t get attract for the website pictures because it doesn’t shows the reality of the Hotel . ROOMS ARE TERRIBLE! The only nice about the hotel is the cute lobby , nothing else . I paid 300€ for one night and I had one of the most disgusting experiences when i went to take a shower. The shower was completely full of mold like if it wasn’t properly cleaned in a very long time. It was disgusting to take a shower on it . I took a video and showed to the staff in front desk . He said will talk to the manager. I went dinner at 7pm and back to the Hotel around midnight. I thought they send someone to clean the bathroom while I was out having dinner but wasn’t the case . Bathroom still dirty and Hotel was sold out to accommodate me in another room. I send an email to the manager and she replied back saying they were running short of personnel because of sickness. REALLY! If you don’t have enough personnel to give a proper maintenance to the facility then STOP booking dirty and unpleasant rooms for the amount of 300€ . This excuse is ridiculous and unacceptable. I’ll never recommend this facility to anyone . I would love can post the video I took pictures don’t shows much how disgusting it was.

Perfectly adequate
Great staff. Lovely reception area. Luggage storage very handy. Great soundproofing (close to a bar but couldn't hear it with windows closed). Great location close to nice shopping street and metro not too far. Generally clean. Useful having a safe. Bed was decent
Rooms plain, basic and a bit outdated compared to the stylish reception area. TV remote wasn't working (had power but didn't do anything to the TV). Only instant coffee available in rooms. Bathroom door didn't close fully. Clump of hair in one of the new towels upon arrival
